Bordered by five miles of the scenic Deschutes River shoreline and more than a dozen nearby lakes, Sunriver can be your base camp for accessing the area's natural water features. Bring your own watercraft or rent a canoe, kayak or tube from one of several local vendors.

Please note: Access to the river within Sunriver is restricted to owners and guests only.

WEAR A LIFE JACKET: All children 12 and younger are required to wear a life jacket and older boaters must carry a life jacket. Rivers can be unpredictable and safety is always the best policy.

BRING WATER: Be prepared for a long day in the sun and stay hydrated.

LAKES, LAKES, LAKES: Parking scarcity got you down? Head to one of the many nearby lakes and get your float on! Elk Lake, South Twin Lake, Paulina Lake and East Lake are all great options for a day of floating.
